Role Description
VirtueStaff is looking for a friendly and dedicated Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you will provide exceptional customer service while also assisting with administrative tasks to support operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist customers with their questions, issues, and order processing in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage virtual administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support customer requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service practices and enhance overall client experience
- Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
- Help with social media and marketing tasks when required
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and various digital communication tools
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies is a plus
