Role Description
As a VIP Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value players, building strong relationships and enhancing their overall experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players through personalized communication (email, chat, and phone).
- Manage player accounts, including handling withdrawal requests, offering bonuses, and monitoring activity.
- Suggest tailored offers and incentives to retain players and encourage further engagement while increasing revenue.
- Address player queries and concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
- Monitor VIP player behavior and report trends to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and support teams to deliver seamless service.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken, written, and reading English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Sales-oriented approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and offer customized deals to maximize player engagement and value.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, email platforms, and basic office software.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to player needs.
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse player demographics (US market).
Requirements
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, particularly in a VIP or customer service role.
- Familiarity with online casino games and player behaviour.
