Role Description
This role involves coordinating maintenance requests and managing documentation related to building services.
- Coordinate maintenance requests (SFRs, MFR units, and commercial properties)
- Handle phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Manage, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day maintenance requests submitted by tenants and property owners
- Maintain contracts, job approvals, and any other documentation related to regular building service, day-to-day maintenance requests, and major building improvements/capital improvements
- Coordinate with property managers and maintenance technicians for various postings and compliance notices
- Monitor/coordinate miscellaneous housing compliance (fire extinguisher, fire sprinkler, fire alarm system, backflow system, etc.)
Qualifications
- Experience with property management platforms (preferably AppFolio)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Positive attitude and commitment with a good work ethic
- Experience in property management and the real estate industry
Requirements
- Must know Maintenance/VMR/Billing
- Knowledgeable in AppFolio and experienced in maintenance and billing
Benefits
- Virtual, Full-Time, Work From Home
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM PST
- 40 hours per week
