Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Trainer Support specialist to join our team! This role involves entering all new trainer hires into all Svetness Personal Training platforms and onboarding these trainers through Trainer Orientations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our training programs and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Adding new trainers to all company platforms.
- Provide exceptional trainer support via phone, chat, text, and email regarding training programs and app support.
- Running Trainer Orientations in an expedited fashion.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline systems additions and Orientations.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of training methodologies.
- Familiarity with platforms (Hubspot, Google Calendar, Google Meets).
Requirements
- Experience in using Google Calendar for scheduling Orientations.
- Experience in Presentation giving.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using communication tools and CRM software (HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work EST hours with a reliable remote setup (computer, headset, internet, webcam, power backup).
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work weekends - This is a weekend only position to start, interested candidates will need to be available 4-5 hours on both Saturday and Sunday.
