Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team. This is a temporary (maternity cover) work from home position based in Portugal.
- Provide frontline Customer Support in English and Portuguese (preference: Brazilian Portuguese).
- Be the first in line for Gigs Customer Support, offering a warm and understanding ear as the point of contact for customers.
- Help with basic and advanced troubleshooting, serving customers via multiple channels.
- Work in our support system, ensuring all support queries are dealt with promptly, professionally, and in accordance with SLAs.
- Provide exceptional support to resolve customer issues and requests swiftly.
- Collaborate quickly and effectively with product, engineering, and customer success to escalate problems.
- Track and develop frequently asked questions to improve our knowledge base and empower customers.
- Take a proactive approach in analyzing processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Previous experience in a Technical support and/or Customer service role.
- Aptitude for technology and ability to diagnose, document, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficient with helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote access tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team.
Requirements
- 30 min Teams interview with the Recruitment Team.
- Language test if applicable to the role.
- 45 min Teams interview with the Hiring Team.
