Role Description
This role involves providing technical customer support to clients regarding their electronic equipment.
- Respond to customers' incoming calls and emails
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical support
- Answer customers' questions, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify when issues should be re-assigned to another department or senior representative
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Stay up-to-date with procedures, guides, and manuals relevant to customer support
Qualifications
- Native/fluent in Croatian or Serbian, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
Requirements
- Based in or willingness to move to Romania on short notice
- EU citizen or sorted residency status in Romania (no visa support available)
- A strong working capacity with general office tools
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Customer-oriented role experience will be considered as an advantage
