Role Description
This role involves supporting the Inside Sales team by screening leads and providing customer service to existing clients.
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
- Determine eligibility and interest in various insurance plans
- Connect customers with licensed agents who can meet their needs
- Make outreach calls to existing clients to identify and resolve member issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies
- Create contact records and maintain accurate documentation within the CRM
- Pursue a positive and educational customer experience in every interaction
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Medicare Advantage experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Benefits

- Flexible hours between 20-29 hours per week

Work Environment
- A dedicated workspace at home, lacking interruptions and able to protect confidential information
- A dedicated, reliable internet connection, free from competing usage that can impact phone audio quality
Compensation
- $17/hour to start with a 90-day probationary performance and salary review
Notes
- Schedules will fall between 8am-9pm EST, based on business needs
- M-F until October, and then open 7 days a week through December
