Role Description
Join our team as a Remote Cruise Booking Agent! In this exciting role, you'll help clients plan unforgettable cruise vacations from the comfort of your home.
- Assist clients with booking cruise vacations, including selecting destinations, accommodations, and excursions.
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, amenities, and pricing.
- Manage and confirm cruise reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Address booking changes, cancellations, and special requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process payments and provide clients with invoices or receipts for their bookings.
