Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them in navigating our online shopping platform and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Provide high-quality customer service in a Nordic language through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, order statuses, and return processes
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment
- Gather customer feedback to improve our services continuously
- Stay updated on current promotions, products, and trends in the e-commerce sector
Qualifications
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for online shopping and a commitment to providing a superior customer experience
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
