Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers in the Online Streaming Service Department.
- Provide outstanding customer service in Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) via phone, email, and chat regarding our streaming services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance user engagement
- Assist customers with subscription questions, content availability, and account settings
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical support and content teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve our platform and services
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in online streaming
Qualifications
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, with great communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on problem-solving
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Passion for streaming services and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
