Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat regarding our online streaming services
- Assist customers with technical issues, subscription inquiries, and troubleshooting processes
- Guide clients in navigating the platform and recommend content based on their preferences
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the latest content offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our streaming services continuously
Qualifications
- Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a solutions-focused attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for online streaming and understanding customer needs in the digital entertainment space
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
