Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a Contact Center Agent in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with current or prospective Members with professionalism and positivity.
- Resolve voice and email interactions focused on general member inquiries, returns, tracking orders, and modifying orders.
- Provide accurate and complete information to Members.
- Opportunity to handle more complex situations and work in alternate channels such as messaging or social media.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Contact (CALL) center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year call center experience in the last 5 years.
- Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST.
- Reside in specified states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Alabama, Arizona, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
- This is a remote position; must have a private workspace and hardwired internet.
