Role Description
This role involves supporting one of our clients in the property management space as a Maintenance & Leasing Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing incoming maintenance requests and providing follow-up to ensure they’re resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with both internal and external vendors
- Track progress and confirm completion of maintenance requests
- Occasional communication with tenants for clarity or coordination
- Light administrative responsibilities to support property operations
- Manage showings and respond to inquiries during the leasing season
- Ensure the leasing process stays on track
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
- Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and task management systems
Requirements
- Consistent availability during one of the following Eastern Time blocks:
- Preferred: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM ET
- Alternate: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET
