Role Description
As an interpreter, your primary role is to facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages.
- Accurately interpret conversations between callers and emergency operators.
- Convey messages in the preferred language of the caller.
- Ensure both parties understand each other.
- Work from home in a quiet and secure environment.
- Handle calls that may involve simple or complex subjects in various fields such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, and General Business.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Read, Speak, and Write)
- Fluent in Thai (Read, Write, and Speak)
- Must be working from home
- Own a mobile phone with Android 12 and above or iOS 15 and above
- Own a laptop with an updated version
Requirements
- Entry Level, no qualification needed, only good language speaking skills
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
- Entitled to 2 days off in a week, which will be rotating any day
- Must be willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7
