Role Description
This role involves maintaining a positive and engaging online community by moderating content and interacting with users across various social media platforms.
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely responses to inquiries and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the appropriate teams.
- Research trending topics and interests within the Italian-speaking audience to improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Produce reports on user interactions and content performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure effective content moderation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
