Role Description

Votre rĂ´le :
- Apporter votre expertise Ă l'Ă©quipe en charge de la prise en charge des incidents (Service Desk)
- Répondre aux requêtes et incidents escaladés concernant les problèmes matériels et logiciels avancés
- Diagnostiquer et prioriser les demandes/problèmes
- Résoudre / suivre / escalader / clôturer les demandes techniques et métiers complexes
- Alimenter et faire vivre la base de connaissances (interne/externe)
- Gestion de parc informatique (asset management / sécurité des postes de travail)
- Gestion des achats de matériels
- Création et gestion des images (déploiement)
Qualifications
- Formation informatique (BTS minimum)
- Maitrise de l'installation des postes de travail et périphériques
- Gestion des droits utilisateurs / sécurités
- Maitrise de Windows 11
- Connaissance en réseaux Lan / Wan indispensable
- Anglais courant (obligatoire)
