Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in technical support and troubleshooting, along with excellent communication skills in English (C1+ level is mandatory). This role involves assisting users with IT-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing high-quality support.

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, chat, or Zoom.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update software and applications.
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access requests.
Document issues, solutions, and best practices in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
Educate users on best practices for IT security and software usage.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.
C1+ level in English (both written and spoken).
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
