Role Description
This role involves providing technical support to end-users in a call center help desk or PC repair environment.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with:
- Windows 10
- macOS
- Android
- iOS
- Printers
- Wireless routers
- Network security
- VPNs
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication over the phone and via remote desktop solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and follow directives, working efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide optimal support solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working successfully with end-users in a call center help desk or PC repair environment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting:
- Windows 10
- Mac OS
- Android
- iOS
- Printers
- Wireless Routers
- Network Security
- VPN
- Ability to provide effective support over the phone and via remote desktop solutions like LogMeIn.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to follow directives and work effectively with limited supervision.
