Role Description
Step into the World of Hospitality as a Hotel & Resort Reservations & Booking Agent! Are you known for your keen eye for detail and dedication to customer satisfaction? Join us as a Hotel Reservationist and turn your exceptional communication skills and welcoming demeanor into a successful venture!
- Manage Bookings: Oversee hotel reservations, address inquiries, and ensure room availability for guests.
- Engage with Guests: Communicate with guests via phone, email, and other channels, promptly and professionally handling their reservation needs.
- Facilitate Check-ins and Check-outs: Ensure a seamless experience for guests during check-in and check-out, addressing any special requests.
- Handle Reservations: Process reservations, collect payments, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home or any location with internet access. We value work-life balance and provide the flexibility to manage your workload effectively.
