Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to help others navigate the health aspects of e-cigarette products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that German-speaking customers receive accurate information and exceptional support.
- Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about e-cigarette products and health-related concerns.
- Deliver clear and insightful information regarding product usage, safety tips, and health considerations associated with e-cigarettes.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and facilitate returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Document interactions and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, health guidelines, and current trends affecting e-cigarettes.
- Work closely with the health department team to maintain comprehensive product knowledge and enhance customer service practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the health or e-commerce sectors.
- Familiarity with e-cigarette products and their health-related implications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
