Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about music and technology and enjoy helping customers navigate their streaming experiences.
- Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding issues related to the music streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about subscriptions, playback issues, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries to enhance user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest features and trends in the music streaming industry to provide informed support.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and new features development.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or entertainment sector, is a plus.
- A strong interest in music and familiarity with music streaming platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
