Role Description
You will conduct manual review of the verification data request process, maintaining chargeback, cancellation, and customer service indicators at excellent levels. Also identify and act on opportunities for process improvement.
- Manual review of documentation sent by clients, taking action on their purchases.
- Conducting proactive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in the manual review process.
Qualifications
- University students or equivalent work experience.
- Analytical profile.
- Advanced Excel.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Data Analytics, SQL or similar.
- Advanced English and/or Portuguese.
