Role Description
You’ll work in a fast paced Contact Centre where you’ll proactively reach out to clients to suggest new and existing financial services products that will help them reach their financial goals.
- Share your knowledge of products and campaigns with clients through outbound calls.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to develop an in-depth understanding of clients' financial needs.
- Quickly provide information and resolutions to client issues.
- Flexible to work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Work from home as part of the Agent@Home model.
- Must be able to attend your primary CIBC location within two hours upon request for various reasons (e.g., technology/service outages, team meetings, etc.).
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently as an Agent@Home with a secure workspace.
- Wired Internet connection capable of supporting excellent call quality (minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps).

- Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level.
- Proactively suggest products that will help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Be an expert in CIBC’s comprehensive financial product offerings.
- Keep up to date with both new and existing solutions.
- Easily navigate and focus on multiple software applications and dual monitors.
