About The Role
Our Field Support team is seeking a Support Team Lead who is passionate about helping others succeed and achieving team goals. This leadership role requires a proactive problem-solver who consistently goes above and beyond to find creative solutions to everyday challenges. The ideal candidate excels at balancing productivity with relationship-building, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. This is an opportunity to lead with impact, support a dynamic team, and drive success through collaboration and innovation.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary for this position is $45,000-$48,000 annually with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Lead by example, manage, and hold your assigned team members accountable, coaching them on the best approach.
- Provide a highly available, responsive Support presence with a positive customer-service experience.
- Ensure the team is properly trained on procedures and new processes.
- Ensure the team answers daily call quotas, providing a positive customer-service experience.
- Ensure FreshDesk is consistently and accurately documented and updated.

- Strong customer-service skills.
- Enjoy helping others.
- Confidence in making decisions based on your knowledge and training.
- Exhibit all-star communication skills both over the phone and in email.
- Know the ins and outs of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace.
- Be resourceful and adaptable in a changing environment.
