Role Description
Intetics is looking for a dedicated and experienced Driver Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting drivers in real-time, ensuring efficient route management, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating logistics.
- Informing drivers about route specifics in real-time via voice chat.
- Adjusting routes in navigation software according to changes.
- Reporting survey statistics.
- Troubleshooting any emerging issues.
- Booking hotels following provided instructions.
A one-week training session will precede the start of the project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Driving experience or at least a good understanding of traffic rules.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with QGIS or other GIS/routing software is a plus.
Requirements
- Extended working hours: up to 10 hours with floating breaks during the day.
- Extended working week: 6 working days a week with a floating day off.
- English Level: Intermediate+
