Role Description
We are seeking a Remote Destinations Coordinator to assist clients in planning and booking their ideal vacations. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on travel options, coordinate reservations, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. If you have a passion for travel and love helping others plan memorable trips, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to each client.
- Manage all aspects of reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions.
- Provide ongoing assistance before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and vendor offerings to provide the best recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
