Role Description

This role involves assisting customers in navigating their car rental experiences with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental inquiries.
  • Assist customers with the car booking process, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the company’s fleet, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with car rental processes and systems is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
