Role Description

This role involves assisting customers with their online shopping experience.

  • Assist customers effectively: Respond to Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering clear and helpful guidance.
  • Resolve customer issues: Help with questions about orders, returns, and account settings, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with the platform’s product range and policies to provide accurate support.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction: Use your problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Interest in working in e-commerce and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savviness and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and systems.
  • Availability to start in February or March 2025.
