- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Destination Expertise: Offer tailored advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively handle travel issues such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
