Role Description
As a Commercial Customer Success Manager, you’ll serve as a blend of account management, product enablement, and customer support. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve:
- Managing and driving engagement with our customers
- Conducting customer business reviews
- Renewing/expanding customer contracts
We pride ourselves on providing friendly, patient, and concise next-level guidance to optimize our customer’s road to success.
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in customer success, enablement, program support, or account management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding collaboration skills
Requirements
- Own and renew a growing portfolio of mid-market and small market commercial ReviewTrackers/InMoment customers
- Drive product adoption and engagement with customers through thought leadership and proactive engagement
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy session calls with your customers
- Serve as the project manager for implementations within your book of business
- Provide troubleshooting support to customers where applicable
- Demo ReviewTrackers product to new and existing customers
- Grow your customers by identifying needs and aligning them with ReviewTrackers/InMoment products/services
