Role Description

This role involves engaging with our growing community of musicians, assisting users through social media direct messages and app store reviews to provide exceptional support.

  • User Interaction & Support
    • Social Media Engagement: Respond to user inquiries via social media DMs, providing timely support and escalating complex issues when needed.
    • App Store & Play Store Reviews: Monitor and respond to reviews, ensuring users feel acknowledged and valued.
    • Analysis & Reporting: Track and report user issues, response times, and satisfaction levels to drive improvements.
  • Automation & Efficiency
    • Automation of Responses: Develop and optimize automated responses for social media and store reviews to enhance efficiency.
    • Data-Driven Improvements: Use insights from user interactions to refine processes and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer support, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in tech or music.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with user experience strategies and support technologies.
