Role Description

We're seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to support our growing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and assistance throughout their journey with WhoKnows.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Become an expert on WhoKnows' products and services to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and project management teams to address client needs and provide relevant feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of issues, requests, and resolutions.
  • Actively gather and share customer feedback to help improve our services and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a marketing, technology, or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally engage with clients and team members.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to remain calm, understanding, and professional in any situation.
  • Comfortable using various office software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.) and customer support platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
