Role Description
Du repräsentierst Pflegewegweiser bei Promoaktionen in der Deutschschweiz (v. a. in und vor Einkaufszentren).
- Du gehst offen auf Passant:innen zu, erklärst unser Konzept kurz und überzeugend.
- Du beantwortest erste Fragen und weckst Interesse für ein weiterführendes Gespräch.
- Du dokumentierst Leads und ĂĽbergibst sie ans Team zur Nachbearbeitung.
Qualifications
- Du bist kommunikativ, offen und trittst souverän auf – auch im direkten Gespräch mit fremden Menschen.
- Du sprichst fliessend Schweizerdeutsch und kannst auch schriftlich klar kommunizieren.
- Du bist ab sofort verfĂĽgbar und flexibel, was Einsatztage und -orte betrifft.
- Du bist mobil und hast einen gĂĽltigen FĂĽhrerausweis.
- Du arbeitest gern eigenverantwortlich, bist pünktlich und zuverlässig.
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Verkauf, Promotion oder in der Pflegeberatung.
