Role Description

Cloud Counselage is looking for a Community Success Champion to build strong relationships, drive engagement, and ensure a seamless experience for our Industry Academia Community (IAC) members. You will actively connect with colleges, students, professionals, and corporate clients, fostering partnerships and supporting our mission to eradicate unemployability.

Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and corporate partners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Resolve queries, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
Promote participation in IAC events and ensure a positive experience for members.
Identify opportunities to expand the community.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring community activities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of new members.
Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to align initiatives, share insights, and enhance the community experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, analyze data for insights, and suggest improvements for better engagement.

Qualifications

Diploma, Degree, or Master's (Pursuing or Graduated) in any field with an interest in community management, marketing, or operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with community platforms and tools like Freshdesk and Copilot is a plus.

Requirements

Minimum commitment of 3 months full-time internship without stipend.
Have a working device (laptop/desktop) with a stable internet connection.
Membership of Industry Academia Community (If you are not a member already, please sign up @ https://industryacademiacommunity.com).
