Role Description

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Client Success Representatives. In this role, you’ll engage with both existing and prospective clients daily, providing exceptional service and product expertise in life insurance to help clients make informed decisions.

Support a Range of Clients: Connect with clients to offer guidance and information on life insurance policies that meet their unique needs.
Deliver Product Knowledge: Serve as a resource on our life insurance products, answering questions and providing detailed information.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Stay updated on life insurance offerings, policies, and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborative & Independent: Work well within a team to share strategies, while also managing independent client interactions.
