Role Description

This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships in the trading sector.

Develop the assigned country, territory, or region by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners.
Actively hunt for trading professionals across social and professional platforms/forums/blogs/communities to engage them as clients/partners.
Identify effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an impeccable user experience.
Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales/marketing content.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and work to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
Monitor affiliates and partners regularly to optimize their activities and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to management.
Enforce a prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per company policies and ethics.
Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.

Qualifications

Strong preference for candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience.
Fluent or native in Uzbek and Russian; preference for individuals with working experience or connections in the region.
English B2+ proficiency.
Client-focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Ability to influence and persuade for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work well independently and in a team with a can-do attitude.
