- Provide empathetic and timely customer support via email.
- Conduct career consultations with clients via Google Meet and email.
- Analyze user feedback to help improve the product.
- Minimize refund risks and issues that could negatively impact the company's reputation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
