Role Description
Client Consultants play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business problem
- Analyze current business processes
- Understand clients’ success criteria
- Translate success criteria into requirements
- Assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet clients’ goals
An Associate Client Consultant should have a basic understanding of best practices and can execute tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise and will continue to provide support to the client service team, beginning to lead support efforts with low complexity.

Salary Range
