Role Description
The Account Coordinator Supervisor oversees AC I, AC II, and AC III roles, ensuring performance reviews, productivity monitoring, and administrative tasks are effectively managed.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Issues written and oral instructions.
- Studies and implements procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data from multiple accounts.
- Distributes workload and maintains daily requirements.
- Responsible for answering employee questions and providing job performance feedback.
- Responsible for the administration of corrective action procedures in cooperation with Human Resources.
- Administers performance appraisals for employees under their supervision.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
- Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
- Supervises, mentors, and coaches team on a regular basis.
- Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Must be proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Must exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to manage large volumes of data from multiple accounts
- Experience in a customer service environment interacting with large accounts and/or vendors
- Mastered AC levels 1 and 2 roles and responsibilities and able to perform these functions as needed
- Strong ability to establish goals and meet strict deadlines
Requirements
- Physical demands include sitting for extended periods, typing, and lifting light weights
- Moderately quiet work environment
