[Hiring] Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster @CBCS

Role Description

As a Work Comp Adjuster, you will be responsible for:

• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling workers compensation claims on behalf of our clients.
• Communicating with a wide variety of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers' offices, and attorneys.
• Handling claims in multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• License/state experience in the Midwest.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
