[Hiring] Weclapp ERP Consultant @Wals Professional Services GmbH

Role Description

In this role, you will be the primary contact for prospects and clients regarding weclapp. You will work closely with our development team to gather all requirements.

• Project support from A to Z: You will accompany our clients through the entire process, from requirements analysis to onboarding, system implementation, and daily support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: You will conduct onboarding training, create documentation, and ensure our clients can optimally use their weclapp system.
• Requirements Management & Further Development: You will collect the needs of our clients and pass them on to our development team. Together, you will develop tailored solutions and plugins for e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Experience with weclapp: You have extensive experience with weclapp, whether in an e-commerce company, directly at weclapp, or as a weclapp consultant at an IT service provider.
• Education & Knowledge: You have a completed degree in business or IT (or a comparable qualification) and possess solid foundational knowledge in accounting. Additionally, you have a good understanding of ERP systems and e-commerce processes.
• Soft Skills: You are a good listener with sensitivity, communicate clearly and solution-oriented, and like to act proactively.
• Languages & Residence: You speak German and English fluently (at least B2) and live in Austria or Germany. Your work is fully remote.
