Role Description

Globe Life AO is expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join us as Virtual Member Success Advisors.

In this role, you'll meet with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing professional support throughout the client relationship. This opportunity combines customer service, member support, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
