Role Description

As a Virtual Member Experience Coordinator , you'll connect with clients daily, provide expert guidance on available benefit programs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through ongoing support.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
