Role Description

As a Virtual Member Experience Coordinator, you'll connect with clients daily, provide expert guidance on available benefit programs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through ongoing support.

• Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process
• Provide personalized support while delivering an exceptional client experience
• Present benefit solutions tailored to each client's needs and goals
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Organize appointments and manage scheduling efficiently
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Previous customer service, client relations, hospitality, healthcare, education, recruiting, or sales experience is helpful—but not required

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
