Role Description

We're looking for organized, service-minded individuals to help clients coordinate leisure plans, reservations, and general scheduling needs in a remote environment. As a Virtual Leisure Assistant, you'll support clients by:

• Researching leisure, reservation, and activity options
• Assisting with scheduling and confirmations
• Organizing important dates and planning details
• Providing updates and next-step information
• Following up on pending requests
• Helping with changes or special arrangements
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting select accommodation, transportation, activity, or itinerary details

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, and keeping details organized behind the scenes. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Comfortable researching information online
• Confident using email and web-based systems
• Self-motivated in a remote environment

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
