As a VJE, you will assist our customers in finding the perfect gift for any holiday or special occasion, build meaningful relationships with customers, and host personal shopping appointments. What You’ll Do

• Connect with Customers: Engage with customers through chat, SMS text, and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment. Offer expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
• Present merchandise and services: Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
• Support Sales Growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce.
• Build Relationships: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.

Qualifications

• Excel in Customer Service: You have a knack for providing excellent customer service and know how to make every interaction special.
• Are Sales-Oriented: Your sales skills are top-notch, and you always put the customer first. You will achieve individual and team performance goals including Sales Metrics, appointment booking, Customer Satisfaction scores, Creative Commerce standards, and Quality Evaluations.
• Are Self-Motivated: You are organized, self-motivated, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
• Communicate Effectively: You excel in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, always conveying empathy and positivity. Great typing skills are a must!
• Solve Problems: You’re solution-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and love finding creative ways to help customers. Your strong math and analytical skills help you make informed decisions.
• Build Relationships: You enjoy building lasting relationships and making customers feel valued. Great follow-up skills!
• Are Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with customer interaction platforms, can handle multiple computer screens, and are comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and on-camera technology.
• Adapt Easily: You thrive in an ever-changing work environment and can adapt on the fly.
• Manage Multiple Tasks: You excel in a fast-paced setting and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You will need to have strong time management skills.
• Have Flexible Schedules: You have flexible open availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as well as required mandatory overtime.
• Maintain a Professional Workspace: You have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and provide your own high-speed internet, router/modem, and can set up the necessary equipment.
• Are a Team Player: You’re willing to participate in cross-training within the department and are comfortable being on camera for training and meetings.
