Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Insurance Specialists. In this role, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand their coverage options while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.

As a Virtual Insurance Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their available benefits and providing exceptional service throughout the client experience.

Client Support Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
• Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions
• Stay current on products, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team
