Role Description

We are looking for personable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Customer Experience Advisors. In this role, you will support clients as they explore vacation possibilities, make selections, and prepare for their upcoming trips.

You will help create a smooth client experience by researching options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important information organized and easy to understand. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training and continued educational support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, and special requests.
• Explore and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options that fit individual needs.
• Help coordinate chosen services through approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
• Provide ongoing support by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
• Keep client records current, review important information for accuracy, and continue expanding your destination and supplier knowledge.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
