Role Description

As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will:

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from homeowners
• Schedule roofing inspections and service appointments
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Provide updates on projects and answer general inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Support marketing campaigns with appointment confirmations
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects our high service standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (call center or remote experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls/messages
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using CRM systems, email, scheduling software)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
