Role Description

AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Client Support Advisor to help clients explore insurance coverage options that may support their families during life’s unexpected events. You will connect with prospective clients through warm leads, conduct virtual consultations, and provide education about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. This role offers an opportunity to build professional communication and client-service skills while working remotely with consistent training, coaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and complete virtual appointments
• Conduct needs-based client reviews
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Answer questions and help clients understand their choices
• Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
• Keep organized and accurate client records
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and team development

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
